Plaintiff-Appellant Steven Eberline, on behalf of himself and all other similarly situated employees, appeals a jury verdict in favor of Defendants-Appellees Media Net, L.L.C., John Ateeq, and Mykhaylo Kalyn (collectively, “Defendants”) on Eberline’s claims under the Fair Labor Standards Act (“FLSA”).
