1Per curiam

The plaintiff sued for damages resulting from personal injuries negligently inflicted upon the occasion of a wreck of one of defendant’s trains. The defendant confessed liability, but it disputed the amount of the plaintiff’s claim, and the issue upon that question was the only one tried. The plaintiff opened his evidence by proof that he was a married man and the father of three children. Timely objections to this evidence, and motions to strike it out, were unavailing; and it went to the jury *889necessarily as a factor for the determination of the plaintiff’s damages, because no other question…
