His Honor Judge Frank McGloin

delivered the opinion and decree of the Court in the words and figures following, to wit;

Plaintiff sued defendants upon their note for $500.00 with interest and cost of protest. The evidence discloses the fact, that plaintiffs are merely the agents of Baring Bros., English Bankers, that the note in suit is one of many, which it is claimed, was given in pledge to that firm, by the Mechanic’s and Trader’s bank to secure a heavy balance standing against said institution.
