This case has a complex and complicated procedural history. This case originally began as an action by Jeannette Smith, a shareholder of Leonard’s Hardware, Inc. and partner in Leonard-Parker-Smith against the corporation, the partnership and one of the other shareholders and partners, John Paul Leonard.
