INTRODUCTION

This is a class action 1 brought by students with Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (“ADHD”), Attention Deficit Disorder (“ADD”), and learning disorders (collectively “learning disabilities”) against Boston University (“BU”) under the Americans with Disabilities Act (“ADA”), 42 U.S.C.A. § 12101 et seq.
