THOMAS, Judge.
Defendant, Sandra (Chapman) Glaspy, appeals from an equitable distribution order, setting forth five assignments of error. For the reasons discussed herein, we affirm in part and reverse and remand in part.
Plaintiff, Richard Kevin Glaspy, and defendant lived together prior to marriage. During that time, in March of 1988, a 25.2 acre tract of land in Henderson County, which included two double-wide trailers, was purchased.
