The provision was interposed as an affirmative defense to the complaints of plaintiff-appellant Lee E. Williams, in which he seeks damages on behalf of himself and his wife’s estate, arising out of allegedly wrongful conduct connected with the removal of his deceased wife’s kidneys for transplantation in a live donee.…
