MEMORANDUM OPINION
PETER J. WALSH, Bankruptcy Judge.
This opinion is with respect to the plaintiffs’ motion for abstention and referral to arbitration (Adv.Doc. 14). For the reasons discussed below, the Court will grant the motion.
BACKGROUND
On June 1,1999, Loewen Group International, Inc. and its related entities (collectively, the “Debtors”) filed voluntary petitions for relief under chapter 11 of title 11 of the United States Code, 11 U.S.C. §§ 101 et seq.
