In this appeal we are presented with two issues: (1) whether there was sufficient evidence of mistake to rezone certain property, and (2) whether the rezoning of that property constituted illegal spot zoning.

The appellants, Sterling Tennison and a number of other land owners, appeal from an order of the Circuit Court for St. Mary’s County signed by Judge Joseph A. Mattingly, approving a zoning change made by the County Commissioners of St. Mary’s County on a tract of land owned by the appellees, Louis E. Shomette and William H. Stanhagen.
