SANDSTROM, Justice.
[¶ 1] Miles J. Jones, M.D., appealed from a district court judgment affirming an order of the North Dakota State Board of Medical Examiners (“Board”) revoking his license to practice medicine in North Dakota. We conclude the Board did not err in denying Jones’s request to appear personally before the Board when it considered the recommendations of the Administrative Law Judge (“ALJ”) and a reasoning mind reasonably could have found that Jones’s conduct violated N.D.C.C. § 43-17-31(6) and (21).
