This matter comes before the Court on the complaint of the National Enterprises, Inc. Liquidating Trust to avoid and recover, pursuant to 11 U.S.C. §§ 547 and 550, a transfer made by the debtor to Tee-Lok Corporation. This is a core proceeding, over which this Court has jurisdiction pursuant to 28 U.S.C. §§ 157(b)(2)(F) and 1334.
