The Debtor, Daedalean, Inc., through the disbursing agent under its confirmed plan of liquidation, Paul D. Trinkoff, has filed a complaint that seeks in Count 3 to avoid and recover several payments made by the Debt- or to the Defendant Products Supports, Inc. as preferential transfers under 11 U.S.C. §§ 547(b) and 550(a).
