This appeal arises out of the granting of summary judgment in favor of the defendant-appellee Standard Supply Corporation (Standard) in an action for the specific performance of an alleged contract for the sale of land brought by plaintiff-appellant Du-pont Feedmill Corporation (Dupont).

We affirm in part and reverse in part.
