— The complaint of the appellant against the appellees, Thomas Trulove, Henry Trulove, and the Keystone Manufacturing Company, contained four paragraphs, and demurrers of each of the appellees, Trulove and Trulove, to each paragraph for want of sufficient facts were sustained.
