In January, 1925, appellant filed her complaint in the instant case against Marvin C. Moon, herein referred to as “appellee,” and Delbert Neddo, for possession of certain real estate in St. Joseph county, and for damages for unlawful detention. On January 29,1926, appellee, while in possession of the real estate in question, filed an answer in two paragraphs, the first being a general denial.
