SONNER, Judge.

This case comes to us from a conviction after a jury trial in the Circuit Court for Baltimore City of appellant, Marvin D. Wise, Sr., for street level drug dealing. Wise received a sentence for the conviction for possession of cocaine with intent to distribute of twenty-eight years, with fourteen years suspended and five years of probation upon release. The court merged a conviction for possession of cocaine. On appeal, Wise raises three issues:
