Appeal from a judgment of the County Court of Broome County, rendered March 20, 1973, convicting defendant upon his plea of guilty of the crimes of unlawful possession of a weapon and two counts of robbery in the first degree. Initially, defendant was arrested and charged with unlawful possession of a weapon. He was interrogated after receiving his Miranda warnings and made certain inculpatory statements regarding the weapon charge.
