ODOM, Justice.

This is a proceeding to disbar Arthur A. Steiner, an attorney-at-law, of New Orleans. This proceeding is brought by the Committee on Professional Ethics and Grievances, appointed by this court under the provisions of Article XIII of the Louisiana State Bar Association. The committee alleges that Arthur A. Steiner has been guilty of various acts of misconduct in his capacity as an attorney-at-law and as a member of the bar.
