Affirming.

This ease involves tbe construction of a deed from W. ‘Gr. Eversole and wife to their son-in-law, Dock Fields, •dated February 6,1878, at a time when the grantors were ■executing deeds to their several children, the salient parts of which are in these words:

‘ ‘ This indenture made and entered into this the 6 day of February, 1878, between Willory Gr. Ever-sole of the county of Perry and state of Kentucky of the one part, and Doc. Fields of the same county and state aforesaid of the second part. . . .
