Plaintiffs bring this putative class action alleging violations of the Employee Retirement Income Security Act of 1974 (“ERISA”), 29 U.S.C. § 1001 et seq. Defendants the Bank Julius Baer Postretirement Health and Life Insurance Program (the “Insurance Program”), the Bank Julius Baer & Co. Ltd. Severance Pay Plan (the “Severance Plan”) and Artio Global Investors Inc. (“AGI”), sued here as Julius Baer Americas, Inc.
