This is an original action by the stenographic reporter of the seventh judicial district of this state to compel the auditor of public accounts to issue a warrant in the sum of $375, for one quarter’s salary, under the provisions of an act entitled “An act to amend chapter 13 of the Revised Statutes of 1866, entitled ‘Courts’ ” (Session Laws, 1879, p. 82), approved February 27, 1879.
