Loyd Bridges, an employee of Garrison Furniture Company from 1943 to 1969, made a claim for workmen’s compensation against his employer about October 7, 1969, asserting that he had suffered a gradual accidental injury due to sustained exposure to dust. At the hearing on his claim, he contended that he became totally and permanently disabled and had been forced to leave his employment about October 14, 1969.
