On appellant’s motion for rehearing, our opinion issued March 6, 1996, is withdrawn and this opinion is substituted therefor.

This is an appeal from an adverse judgment based on appellant’s alleged violations of the Texas Deceptive Trade Practices— Consumer Protection Act. In seven points of error, appellant contends (1) that the jury was incurably prejudiced by personal attacks made against appellant’s trial counsel, (2) that the evidence is legally and factually insufficient to support the jury’s findings of liability and damages, and (3)…
