Appeal from a decision of the Unemployment Insurance Appeal Board, filed May 28, 2009, which ruled that claimant was disqualified from receiving unemployment insurance benefits because his employment was terminated due to misconduct.
Claimant was employed as a recruitment coordinator at a New York City agency for approximately nine months. While performing his duties, he failed to obtain identification information from prospective job candidates even though he had been instructed to do so.
