Affirming.
This action was brought by the widow and heir-at-law of Nat IT. Watlington against Percy L. Kasey and ■Gr. O. Haynes, to determine the ownership of a small strip of ground 16 feet by 300 feet located in the Park Addition to the town of Hardinsburg, and to determine the location of a 10 foot alley extending between the properties of plaintiffs and defendants. The chancellor’s judgment was in favor of the defendants and the plaintiffs prosecute this appeal.
