Appellee, wbo was plaintiff below, recovered a judgment for $5,500 in tbe court below in an action for tbe loss of services of bis wife, and for expenses incurred on account of an injury to her alleged to *397have been caused by negligence on the pari of appellant while his wife was a passenger upon one of appellant’s cars. The action was commenced in the Marion Superior Court and tried upon change of venue in the Hendricks Circuit Court.
