John M. Dalton was the proprietor of a dance hall and liquor establishment in Marquette county known as the Brookton, a property of considerable financial value.
This record discloses, without any further detail, that John M. Dalton was murdered on July 9, 1954, and that prior to his death he had executed 2 wills. The first will was dated September 30, 1949.
