1Opinion of the CourtHolden, J.

J. P. MeGraw brought a suit in ejectment in Colquitt superior court, to recover 50 acres of land described in his petition and an amendment thereto. The defendant filed his answer, denying that the plaintiff had any title to the land sued for, and claiming title in himself. He further answered* that he had a good prescriptive title by reason of seven years possession under color of title. .Npon the conclusion of the evidence for the plaintiff, the court directed a verdict in favor of the defendant; to which the plaintiff excepted, and brings to this court for review the judgment of the court…
