SENTELLE, Circuit Judge:
This is an appeal from an order of the District Court denying an application for intervention under Rule 24 of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure. Appellants con tend that the order of the District Judge denying their application was not supported by the record. We agree and, therefore, reverse and remand.
