DeBRULER, Justice.

Defendant-appellant, Dwight Theodore Resnover, was convicted in 1976 of committing a felony (robbery) while armed with a deadly weapon, Ind.Code § 35-12-1-1, Burns § 10-4709 (1975) (repealed 1976), and sentenced to thirty years’ imprisonment. This appeal, following the overruling of his belated motion to correct errors, raises four issues:(1) Whether the trial court committed reversible error by not allowing defendant to bring out the fact that his accomplice was acquitted in a separate trial concerning the same incident.(2) Whether the jury’s verdict was not sustained by…
