This is an appeal from a conviction of second degree burglary after a trial by jury in the Vanderburgh Circuit Court, the Honorable William H. Miller presiding. Appellant bases his appeal on two grounds: (1) The evidence was insufficient because the State failed to prove the specific ownership of any articles taken in the burglary, and (2) the verdict is contrary to law since the theory upon which the State proceeded in this case was that the appellant acted as an accessory to the burglary (IC 1971, 35-1-29-1, being Burns § 9-102) and the principle to the crime entered a plea only to the…
