Plaintiff, Aaron Breazil, a prisoner proceeding pro se, brings this action pursuant to 42 U.S.C. § 1983 alleging that his civil rights were violated by defendants, George Bartlett, Michael Rabideau, and John Burge., By motion dated November 15, 1996, defendants moved for summary judgment against the plaintiff.
