MEMORANDUM AND ORDER GRANTING MOTION TO INTERVENE AND MOTION TO STRIKE AND DENYING MOTION TO DISMISS
PREGERSON, District Judge.
This is an action brought by plaintiff, Frederick L. Burney, under 42 U.S.C. § 2000e et seq., based on alleged discrimination in employment. On March 28, 1969 Lillie Mobley, John G. Motley, and Cleo Watkins filed a motion to intervene as plaintiffs. On April 14, 1969 defendant filed a motion to dismiss the complaint or to strike the allegations pertaining to a class action.
