ORDER GRANTING IN PART MOTION TO DISMISS

Defendants Agaoleata C. Tautolo (“Agaoleatu”), TRT, Inc. (“TRT”) and American Samoa 2000, Inc. (“AS2000”) move to dismiss, pursuant to T.C.R.C.P. 12 (b) (6), the complaint for damages filed by Plaintiff Lorelei Haleck (“Lorelei”). Lorelei’s complaint alleges four counts against all three Defendants in relation to the termination of her employment at the McDonald’s restaurant in Tafuna.
