Katherine Blickenstaff primarily appeals from the district court’s determination that R.R. Donnelley & Sons Co. Short Term Disability Plan (“Plan”) did not act arbitrarily and capriciously in terminating her short term disability benefits and then refusing to reinstate them on appeal. She also claims that the district court erred in limiting the evidence at trial and appeals the district court’s decision to sanction her attorneys under Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 11.
