This was a suit brought by Wells, the appellee, against the appellants to recover the possession of a certain tract of land.
The defendants below answered by a general denial.. The court, to which the cause was submitted for trial by agreement of the parties, found for the plaintiff. A motion by the defendants for a new trial was overruled; judgment for the plaintiff. The defendants appeal. The evidence is made a part of the record by a bill of exceptions.
