The appellant, Richard S. Cotton, appeals from a decree of the Chancery Court of Pulaski County granting the appellee, Miriam B. Cotton, a divorce, custody of their three children and imposing monetary obligations upon the appellant to pay child support and attorney’s fees. He maintains that the trial court had no jurisdiction of the subject matter because of the pendency of a prior action for divorce brought by him in the courts of Bolivia and that the attempt to serve him in Bolivia under Ark.
