MEMORANDUM OF DECISION

Pending in this Chapter 13 case is confirmation of the Debtor’s Plan, filed December 3, 2008 (Docket No. 11). The Standing Chapter 13 Trustee Robert G. Drummond, of Great Falls, Montana, filed objections and appeared in opposition to confirmation at the hearing held at Mis-soula on February 12, 2009.
