Opinion by

Cunningham, J.,

Katherine Melody, the claimant in this compensation ease, has appealed from the action of the court below in sustaining the exceptions of her employer, Bornot, Inc., and its insurance carrier, Pennsylvania Manufacturers’ Association Casualty Insurance Company, to an order of the board granting her petition for the reinstatement of her compensation agreement as of October 1,1928, and directing the making of payments thereunder for total disability from that date. The court below reversed the decision of the board and directed it to dismiss claimant’s petition.
