Pending before the Court is Plaintiffs’ “Motion to Compel Arbitration of Collectively-Bargained Retiree Healthcare Dispute” (Dkt 24). Defendant filed a Response in opposition (Dkt 26), to which Plaintiffs filed a Reply (Dkt 27). Further, on leave granted, the parties subsequently filed supplemental briefing (Dkts 39 & 40).
