Appellee, Ida G. Hogg, individually and as administratrix of the estate of Lloyd W. Hogg, deceased, and George W. Hogg, a minor, by appellee as his next friend, filed their verified bill of complaint in the superior court of Cook county against appellant, Robert Eckhardt, for the recovery of certain shares of stock alleged to have been owned by the deceased in his lifetime and alleged to have been transferred by him to appellant on or about April 6, 1921, without any consideration and at a time when the deceased was mentally incompetent to manage his own estate or to make any just or proper…
