The defendants, Jonathan Rapoport, Haig Development, LLC, and Opus Management, Inc., appeal from the judgment of the trial court granting a prejudgment attachment in the amount of $1 million in favor of the plaintiffs, John Doe, Jane Doe, James Doe and Jeff Doe.
