NEAL, Judge.

STATEMENT OF THE CASE

Defendants-appellants, Wendy Kay Tins-ley (Tinsley) and Peggy Sue Fulkerson (Fulkerson), bring this interlocutory appeal to contest the Vanderburgh Superior Court's denial of their Objection to Conditions of Bond and Motion to Reconsider Bond Restrictions.

We reverse and remand.

STATEMENT OF THE FACTS

On February 11, 1986, Tinsley was arrested at the Studio Art Theatre in Evansville for engaging in an allegedly obscene performance. Tinsley posted a $100.00 cash bond and was released. Tinsley and Fulkerson were both arrested for engaging in allegedly obscene…
