Plaintiff-appellants James and Janet Lon-doff appeal from order of St. Louis County Circuit Court which overruled their motion for summary judgment and sustained the motion for summary judgment of inter-venor-respondents Ralph and Jeanne Casey in case involving two actions for specific performance of real estate contracts for the same real estate against the same seller.
