{¶ 1} Defendant, Cecil Howard, appeals from the trial court’s judgment resentencing him pursuant to State v. Foster, 109 Ohio St.3d 1, 2006-Ohio-856, 845 N.E.2d 470.

{¶ 2} As a result of his participation in the armed robbery of the Beverage Oasis Drive Through in Springfield on June 22, 2002, defendant was convicted following a jury trial of aggravated robbery with a firearm specification, attempted murder with a firearm specification, and having weapons while under a disability.
