John H. Henderson and Thomas E. Welch, partners trading as Standard Cleaners, and herein referred to as the complainants, filed a bill in equity against Bankers Fire Insurance Company praying for reformation of two fire insurance policies which the agent of the Insurance Company had written to cover certain buildings and personal property owned by the complainants.
