In these three companion suits in equity the evidence taken and heard in one cause was, by agreement of counsel, considered and acted upon as the evidence in the other two.

Maurice H. Cooperman and wife, Russell Forsyth Craig and wife, and Weldon Randolph Bishop and wife, appellees in this court, filed their respective bills of complaint in the circuit court against Larchmont Properties, Incorporated, Allan Homes, Incorporated, Irving Berman and George H.
