ACKER, J.,

Defendants through timely motions to quash the respective indictments against them have raised the statute of limitations.

The Mercer County grand jury on November 8, 1972, found a true bill against defendant Longnaker for the crimes of fraudulent conversion, cheating by false pretenses and conspiracy. As to defendant Hill-man a true bill was returned for the crimes of fraudulent conversion and conspiracy. All of this in connection with the sale of $30,000 worth of Transconti*125nental Leasing Systems, Inc., stock to William Tanko. The sale is alleged to have occurred on May 26, 1970. It…
