CAVANAUGH, J.:

¶ 1 R.D. appeals the trial court’s order denying her petition for review of a commitment order entered pursuant to section 303 of the Mental Health Procedures Act1, extending her confinement to a mental health facility for an additional twenty days. R.D. challenges the portion of section 303(e) that allows the hearing judge or mental health review officer to review “any relevant information even if it would be normally excluded under rules of evidence if he believes that such information is reliable.” R.D. argues, inter alia, that because this provision allows a commitment order…
