OPINION
GALBREATH, Judge.
Plaintiff in error appeals from the verdict of the jury and the judgment of the Criminal Court of Knox County declaring him guilty of armed robbery and fixing punishment at fifteen (IS) years in the penitentiary.
Assignments of error allege that: (1) the evidence does not support the verdict; (2) improper evidence of identification at a line-up was admitted; (3) improper and inflammatory references to prior convictions of the defendant were made by the Assistant Attorney General during argument on the question of the sentence to be imposed; and (4) the judge erroneously…
